I donīt know the games you mentoined, but iīm co-coder of a game, that could be of the type you are looking for.
too sad, itīs only in german by now, but if thats not a problem for you, you could take a look at www.outerspace-game.de.

let me know if youīre interested. giving you the code should not be a problem, even though the other coders are not so open source entuisiasts like me. but you should know that all coments and most names of variables subs etc. are in german too.
