Hello, I'm currently considering use of TV frontend GUI to Misterhouse (perl based open source home automation SW). I like Freevo and its plugin architecture, but I'd need to learn python. I have some not polished Perl/Tk code that acts as simple media launcher, but I'm not sure how well can GUI look like if it's developed in Perl Tk, specially in comparation to newer similar guis like Mythtv and Freevo or any other (transparencies, nice, clear pictures, shading, ...). But it would be cross platform ... Any advice, code or maybe screenshot of nice GUI made with Perl TK ? Regards, Robert.
