Hi,
I have the following text file:
Equipment: WDM 1696-R2.2 IM277B
WDM 162X-R1.0 IM277B
solved: Xaa01207 "URU "
./imo3/all_/sr/ALAMmgt.c
./imo3/all_prd/src/NEQTMalarm.c
Lab: CSW_WDM_IM2incremental )
From this file I want to read only some words like: 1696,R2.2,Xaa01207,URU(for example), and each one to store it in a distinct variable.
Look what i've tried but it doesn't print anything:
#!/agl/tools/perl/bin/perl
my $data_file = '/data/aww/cgi-bin/diana.txt';
my $identifier1 = '1696';
my $identifier2 = '162x';
my $identifier3 = '1640';
open(FILE, "$data_file") || die("Could not open file: $!");
while (<FILE>){
my (@fields) = split(/\s+/,$_);
foreach my $line(@fields){
if ($line eq $identifier1 or $line eq $identifier2 or $line e
+q $identifier3) { print "$line mama";}
}}
close FILE;
Thank you very much for your time.
