I want to read 2 arrays simultaneously
I try to use foreach with loop but it didn't
return the result that I want.

Example:
$x=1;
$y=2;
@a=qw(1,2,3);
@b=qw(7,8,9);

foreach $item(@a)
{
foreach $element(@b)
{
print "$x:$item $y:$element \n";
}
}

I want the output to be
1:1 2:7;
1:2 2:8;
1:3 2:9;
