Hello
Firstly I appologise as this is not strictly a Perl related question (although it might become one if I have to develop the sytem myself) But I know there are many wise people on here and i'd appreciate your advice.

We need some kind of bulk mailing system so we can send emails out to our clients. We would like a solution that will let us send out HTML emails and then monitor who opens them etc. I guess there are probably plenty of off-the-shelf solutions out there, can anyone recommend a good one? One that has low 'bounce' rates.

Just for your peace of mind, we are NOT going to be sending out SPAM, this is purely for opt-in members of a mailing list for new sites we are creating ;)

Personally I quite fancy the chance of coding something, but it's probably not really worth the time and effort if something has already been developed and could do the job for us. Any help and advice would be great.

Thanks for your help,
Tom
