Hi all , Need help.How to sort the values of the below HOH.

***************************************************
$data{1} = {'a' => 10, 'b' => 5, 'c' => 20 };
$data{2} = {'a' => 90, 'b' => 15, 'c' => 40 };
***************************************************

I would like to take top 3 values from the both hashes.
Required Outout
---------------
$data{1}{b}
$data{1}{a}
$data{2}{b}
