What do you consider "serious about progressing perl6 development"?

• Does this involve the building of Pugs (ie, with Haskell)?
• Or people who are trying to build Perl6 programs, and hopefully they'll find bugs and write tests?
• Or people who are just trying to learn Perl6?
• Or is it just at the discretion of you and Juerd?
• Or something else?

I'm just wondering what that phrase means.
