Just to be more clear. My application is not meant to solely allow users to browse and open file on perforce. Part of my application would like users to be able to point to perforce files which i will open and process in some way. I am writing a GUI application that I'd like to be able to read files from perforce (and allow users to browse perforce files and select the ones they would like to open). I.e.
