Like we tell people in the ChatterBox all the time, don't ask to ask a question, just ask the question!
Absent an actual question, I can only referer you to perlembed if you wish to embed Perl into your process. Another alternative is to run perl as a child process.
Update: Oh, you simply meant Visual Studio, the IDE.
