You seem to be missing the point.

Taint mode is not an obstacle to be overcome. It's there for a good reason, and the administrator of your web server has required it for a good reason. Depending on the server, it may even be a matter of required policy.

You should not be attempting to sidestep security measures like this. If it happened on my server, I'd take strong action against whoever did this. Don't get frustrated by what we're saying here, give it some real thought.
