First, let me apologize if the question was a little fuzzy at best. This is my scenario; I am taking a text file and parsing out pipe delimited variables. From this text file I want to output the variables into a table in HTML. I have seen where you can write: 
use Filehandle;
my $fh = new Filehandle("in_file");
my $fh2 = new Filehandle("> out_file");

Do I have to specify the HTML page that I want to output the text file to?
