After a short investigation, I think it's a bug in the Data::Apache::mod_status::Worker module. It defines a Moose subtype named 'XML-LibXML-Element', and the Moose complains: 
'XML-LibXML-Element contains invalid characters for a type name. Names
+ can contain alphanumeric character, ":", and "."'

So, file a bug report to the Data::Apache::mod_status author.
