I dont want to obtain the list 'somehow'. The initial list must be retained. Plus, if any newer version, other than those listed is available now, then its name should also be included in the list, automatically.
What initial list? I see no code, no data, no semblance of a question, only a vague goal.
You have an idea of what you need to accomplish, but you haven't communicated that, and you're asking: How? Well how what?
I know what I mean. Why don't you?
On my linux machine, there is a certain command which outputs the name and details of the newest version. What I want to know is that how can this name be embeded into a different file which contains my html code; so that, if the newest version name is not in the list, it is included.
I was under the impression that RegExp will help me aceive this, however do let me know if you suggest otherwise.
Monk and RegExp don't have ESP
