Thanks for your response... Here I have a tool which lists windows directories in descending order, on each node level. Here I cannot use any File operation function since the following lines will be written to output file from the tool.a The arrary/file contents are
1. C:\abc\dfg\axy 2. C:\abc\dfg\#@$#@$@\hwllo
Here I have a key or pattern string to fetch some of the intermediate nodes and leaf nodes from above lines based on delimiter "\". Here the Key or pattern key will change dynamically on fly. here key pattern $key="C:\abc\dfg". In this case, I want to fetch "axy" and "#@$#@$@" from the above lines using patter string '$key' I am stuck here...
