In Re^2: Errors in running perl program you said:

"I saved that parsed text into a file and when i read that text file i found all the text of the PDF file is not found in that text file and i do not know what might be the reason."

Yet the text is clearly visible in the example results you post!

"I want to extract the sentences starting with Fig1. or Figure 1. Can u say some idea???"

One question mark would be sufficient. Have you tried anything to find text? See Pattern Matching, Regular Expressions, and Parsing from the tutorials section. What are you planning on doing with this text once you have it?
