Apparently someone screw up your Perl installation. Such errors are common when one version of perl tries to load a module compiled for a different version. Any chance someone tried to update a module by copying the .dll manualy from a different installation? Or someone installed a new perl over the old directory? In either case a clean reinstall of Perl is the surest solution.
