When to use perl/cgi?
I use mostley serverside scripting languages like php3 and others.
Is there a speed advantage in using perl/cgi? Are there other advantages?
When decided to use a language it's no problem to start programming,but finding the right criteria to use a language is a lot harder

Maybe there're some people who can give me some hints on this one
