    Your question is a little unclear and seems rather off-topic. If all you need is to send e-mails using Perl, you don't need to install sendmail, you can use Jenda's wonderful (IMHO) Mail::Sender.

    Flavio (perl -e 'print(scalar(reverse("\nti.xittelop\@oivalf")))')

    Don't fool yourself.

    Hai,
    Sendmail is an opensource software, which u can download from the following link.Click here to download Sendmail.
    Since ur a linux user i think u dont find any problem in installing it. If u find any problem in installing please go thr the documentation part of it.
