I have to stop running CPANPLUS as root. It's one of its most salient features (update: that you can run "make" and "make test" as a regular user, saving root for only the "make install" part), and yet each time I set it up on a machine I do so as root, rather than fiddling about with sudo(1)

Definitely the Wrong Sort of Laziness.
