Typing "Devel::RegExp" into the search box at http://search.cpan.org doesn't seem to come up with this module. However, if you go to the home page of http://search.cpan.org and click on the Development Support link (Devel stands for Development, after all), you'll find Devel::RegExp approximately 45 rows down the list.

I can't say why the the search.cpan.org search box doesn't come up with it, but at least there's a pretty straightforward workaround.

It could be its age, that module hasn't been updated since it came out — more than 10 years ago!

And I wouldn't use it. I'm quite sure the regexp internals have changed heavily enough for it to no longer be compatible. All CPAN testers report a failure to build it.
