If it is set to 0 then it is disabled, else set it to 0 (its default is 1). A reboot is required before the change will take effect. I guess you could fall back on using WMI if you can not do this.HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\ CurrentVersion\Policies\System\EnableUAC
