Um ... luckily, webmin's license if BSD-ish, so you could in theory do that, but depending on what your requirements are for your school project, that might be considered to be plagiarism.
I would suggest you get clarification from your instructor and/or advisor on this.
... Depending on the requirements are for the project, you may wish to identify something that webmin doesn't handle now, and create a module to support that functionality, rather than trying to recreate something that's already freely available.
