• Mike Colameco. Real Italian.
• Johnny Carrabba and Damian Mandola
• Lidia Bastianich, who my (1st generation Italian-American) mother thinks is the best Italian cook on TV
• Vertamae Grosvenor, whose show on PBS is, alas, long gone.
• John Folse and Company do Louisiana cooking.
• Lynne Rossetto Kasper
• Jacques Pepin, even though I'm not a big fan of French food. I met him on the train, once.
• Tina Nordström is a real Swedish Chef!

And we mustn't forget Mrs Lovett and her meat pies...
