Definitely porridge.

I add pumpkin or flax seeds, dried fruit and cinnamon or nutmeg. I can climb a mountain (or 3 - I did the Yorkshire 3 Peaks recently) on a bowl of this.

Not forgetting a mug of freshly pressed organic coffee
