You seem to be lacking an actual question. If you question is how to turn the first into the second, you should post what you have tried and what's not working about it If you are looking for someone to write the code for you, this is not the place. Ah, well, I really do not want to help you at all because you clearly avoid reading How (Not) To Ask A Question among other things. However, I will link you to two other nodes that may help.
