Please don't delete node contents just because it turns out your answer was wrong. All the regulars here have posted answers that have turned out to be wrong. The right thing to do is to edit your node adding <strike>...</strike> tags around your original content and explain why it was wrong.

And, if you do delete the content, it will be restored anyway :-)
