You've posted here several times now, you've been told how to format your posts correctly, formatting information is displayed each time you post. Please don't ignore this information. This isn't a general computer helpdesk, this is a Perl forum, there is no mention of perl in this question. Have you even searched Google for grep help? And why do you constantly ignore the the advise to properly use markup for your posts, so that they become readable? I kinda guess that there are some line breaks in the log file you've showed us, but we can't see them as is, because you chose not to care about markup.
