How is it decided what stylesheet is used ?

Um, there is a generic stylesheet specifying font sizes etc etc, then there are theme specific style sheets specifying colors, etc... when you choose a theme, a stylesheet comes with it -- basic theme functionality

    Oh ok. I did not know one could choose a theme . I should of
    done a little research before I asked that question
