I come here to read, answer and ask Perl questions, not feed whatever misgivings you have about your thing. The question of whether a certain language is compilable does not relate to Perl.

My opinion is that your comments, anneli, are not only not productive nor contributory to the thread, but counterproductive in that they drag the thread into a flame war. You should consider simply ignoring and moving on.
