There's always, unfortunately,
Matt's Free Perl CGI Scripts,
which is a bit of a horror-show. The quality of the code varies,
but most would agree that it is somewhat lacking. Generally,
it is probably best to avoid these where possible. Since,
in many cases, you get what you pay for, the quality of
"free" scripts is typically not that good. Perl Monks and
CPAN, which has a
script area,
are, of course, some very notable exceptions.

or an archive of replacements that are actually written properly.
