Look in the apache error log for the details. In ubuntu this is usually in /var/log/apache2/

Hi, Thanks all for the help. test.sh is working now..problem was within my script. But now when I am trying to run a simple perl script (containg only html data) through my browser..Its downloading my .pl script instead of outputting the HTML data on the browser.	[reply]
