using Strawberry Perl, get the same errors as much as I can tell. ending with dmake: Error code 129 while making Sybase.dll

hi....I'm stuck. I'm not competent in CPAN's/gcc's compile and link process to diagnose what the problem is. google says that dmake's error code 129 reflects a mismatch somewhere in the Windows system files. Any further thoughts? (I appreciate your help)	[reply]

Here is what you do, download http://cpanmin.us run `perl cpanm DBD::Sybase` twice if it fails to install, cpan will print an error message containing the path of a log file, find that log file (from second run) and copy/paste that	[reply] [d/l]
