'man perldoc' must do.

Your environment seems broken.

Try to fix the pager, does less work?

IIRC does perldoc also allow to set its private pager.

Got it. Doing in my .cshrc 'setenv PAGER /bin/more' didn't work. But doing in my .cshrc 'setenv PERLDOC_PAGER /bin/more' did work. Thanks! Perl 5.8.8 on Redhat Linux RHEL 5.5.56 (64-bit)	[reply]

doing 'set PERLDOC_PAGER=more' at the csh command prompt gives me the same blank screen. doing 'set PERLDOC_PAGER=less' also gives me the same blank screen. Perl 5.8.8 on Redhat Linux RHEL 5.5.56 (64-bit)	[reply]
