Re^6: Quote another post

At https://www.perlmonks.com on the right side of the screen I get Free Nodelet right under XP Nodelet and the "Free Nodelet activated" popup, but Free Nodelet and the popup do not show on any other pages I've tried.

Looks like you've only activated it to show on front pages only. Go to Nodelet Settings and either check `[ ] All nodelets off [X] Use my frontpage nodelets everywhere` [download] or number it on both lists `Frontpage Nodelets Non-Frontpage Nodelets <---` [download] sidenote: I'd deactivate the popup now. :) Cheers Rolf _{(addicted to the Perl Programming Language :) Wikisyntax for the Monastery FootballPerl is like chess, only without the dice}	[reply] [d/l] [select]

> Looks like you've only activated it to show on front pages only. Yup, that was it. I just thought there were two pages of Nodelets. Didn't realize they were the same ones for different places. Free Nodelet is showing up on this page now and looks like it is working! Thank you! Although, it looks like activating that nodelet actually disables every other nodelet. It looks like the default nodelets are displayed if no changes have been made to Nodelet Settings, but once a change has been made there then the rest of the settings there take effect, and the default is 0 for every nodelet.
