Looks like you've only activated it to show on front pages only.

Go to Nodelet Settings and either check

[ ] All nodelets off [X] Use my frontpage nodelets everywhere

or number it on both lists

Frontpage Nodelets Non-Frontpage Nodelets <---

    Yup, that was it. I just thought there were two pages of Nodelets. Didn't realize they were the same ones for different places. Free Nodelet is showing up on this page now and looks like it is working! Thank you!

    Although, it looks like activating that nodelet actually disables every other nodelet. It looks like the default nodelets are displayed if no changes have been made to Nodelet Settings, but once a change has been made there then the rest of the settings there take effect, and the default is 0 for every nodelet.
