There are occasional times when I don't use the ID - usually because I want to supply some different link text.
In such cases I only link to the path, not the domain, to keep it portable - /index.pl?node_id=3333;parent=11138366

I regularly tell my team that there is a big difference between knowing something and doing it...so, I have used this notation and no doubt I'll do it again 😊	[reply]
