Re^2: Toggle links for "Display of Node Reputation"

Nevermind, please ignore rest.

The whole concept of setting an option in a help page was too weird

But renaming the toggles to this is useful

and better than the confusing and defunct status quo

Dunno about the quiet option, never needed it.
