Ok thanks to all. Actually I already upgraded to 5.22.0.....and yes, I'll learn better how to read and post logs. Anyhow I fixed the problem. I did like that:

 
1. perlbrew install-cpanm
2. perlbrew switch  perl-5.22.0
3. cpan
4. cpan> upgrade
5. 1 hour to say [yes] to any question
6. ~/perl5/perlbrew/bin/cpanm  Plack
7. ~/perl5/perlbrew/bin/cpanm  Task::Plack

With not much experience I hope I just found the long way, as it is should be the standrad one, it's a mess!
