To install via ppm:
ppm install http://www.sisyphusion.tk/ppm/Tk.ppd --force

(AFAICT, the bribes repo is for 32-bit perl builds only.)

Tk should also install on Strawberry Perl using 'cpan'.
Whenever I install via cpan, I specify the '-i' switch:
cpan -i Tk

I don't know whether the '-i' switch is (or even ought to be) necessary.

Ahem Aaah, thanks !! I hadn't caught up to the fact that there's now a 64-bit bribes repo. The only bribes repo I had a link to was http://www.bribes.org/perl/ppmdir.html, and that is exclusively 32-bit. But, yes, http://www.bribes.org/perl/ppm64dir.html provides ppm packages for exclusively 64-bit modules, including Tk for perl versions 5.10.x to 5.20.x. Cheers, Rob	[reply]
