I told you: I glanced at it, saw that it was beyond my understanding or ability to figure out, and moved on. It's basically gobbledegook to someone who has barely used a compiler before. It's not much more complicated than that.

The point is, a manual is only as good as the person's ability to understand what the manual is saying. You can't hit 90 mph fast balls or even 70 mph fast balls when you can barely hit singles playing for the little league. And that's about where I'm at.

With anything in life there are likely to be things you don't understand. If you read a manual, or anything and you don't understand a term or concept it's up to the reader to go and do the required work in order to understand. Practice and research.
