The only possible illumination of that point I can find in your response is if you mean to say that Graham's Perl code is considered to be extremely Pascal-like, but it's not clear whether that is your actual intent, or if you're just attempting to educate the OP on the meaning of millibar (with one R).

No. For me it's an obvious fun labeling of a coding style.

Similar to "Kafkaesque" or "Marx Brotherish".
