In case you're wondering, I found in very short order by limiting Super Search to nodes posted by you that also contained the words: "web application framework frameworks."
Searching for your nodes with "HTML template templating" yielded:
All in all, that's probably a decent enough starting place, which could have been copied to your scratch pad for immediate use by the CB user.
I guess I'm saying that while I think you have an interesting idea, but I think it would be best implemented like jcwren's Stat pages, e.g. as an optional tool, like framechat and the other CB clients.
To that end, I'd suggest borrowing some of the related code that's been posted and using similar techniques. This would allow people to opt out, prevent the organizational data from cluttering up the content, and possible even allow for greater extention later.
As far as providing suggested reading for CB users, it may be worth directing them to Search and Super Search, as well as some of the standard sources. After all, you're not the only one with opinions on templating systems.
