If you're just starting out, knowing nothing about XML, it will seem like a good book. If you know lots about XML already, it will seem very thin (it's 200 pages, and about 100 pages are introductory stuff about XML in general, with some perl references).

Overall it's a much needed book that fills a gaping hole in the market.
