Email Signature Script

Gremlin has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

Does anyone know if there is a script that will allow me to attach a disclaimer message to all outgoing emails.

I am trying to do this independent of the email server that is running.

The only hooks you have available are on the e-mail server that is running, if you wish to do it for everyone on your network.
