This is quite definately an aim problem. Nothing to do with perl or cgi. I suggest you devise an alternate method, probably manual, to solve this.

It is an CGI/Perl problem, because many people have figured out the method to bypass this problem. Look to things like subproflie (ok they use PHP, but there i think the method could be adapted).
