      It's not in there. I'm guessing it hasn't been compiled for ActivePerl yet seeing as it's not in this list.

      Am I right in thinking that Perl 5.8 from ActiveState is still beta?

        Usually, if it's listed, it's active. 5.8 was out for a little bit before activestate had the downloads.

        Did you look on the status chart?

    Why would you want a PPM for either of those?

    They're both pure perl modules (granted they depend on non-pure-perl modules, but those non-pure-perl *are* readily available via ppm).

    Go grab yourself a copy of nmake (perl -V:make) and then go to CPAN.org and install'em.
