CPAN keeps archives of all old Modules it seems which is nice when you have an older version of perl

Beware Those older releases versions of DBI are not up to date. This means that they are not supported, have bugs and are missing features. If that's fine , you might have a problem finding the previous versions of database drivers that work for that particular DBI. And they might have bugs and be unsupported... If you really can't upgrade to 5.005 I wish you the best of luck with what seems like a difficult task. -- clscott	[reply]
