Somehow i find it less cool as my previous sig (less is more).
But, in view of current times, i am forced to aquire
a, less inconspicuous, bigger is better attitude,
hence, and without frther stalling, (i U+2665 to paradox)
'm proud to you to present to you, my new .sig:

.siggy yaph II

now comes with FREE ASCII MugShot of creator !

$a=qq{|}x7;*p=sub{print@_};$\=$/;$b=@_;$a{a}=q! !;@a=split//,$a;p($\ ,$a{a},$a);p($a{a}."[".$a[0].$b." ".$b.$a[$#a]."]");p($a{a}x2,,'\\', ,$a{a},,'-',,$a{a},,'/');p($a{a}x3,'\\=/');$c=($a{a}x4)."~";p($c);$\ =q||;*p=sub{map{print" ".(lc ($_))}@_};p(((grep{/[yp]/}(a..z))[1])); p(64/16);p(P);$\=$/;p(chr((7*4)+7))# 50M30\3 Pu7 5H17 1N M4 P4N75 !!

had a lot of fun doing this one,... really written from
left to right drawing every char in an obfu way
VEEERY not cool in a golfish way, but VEEEERY fun to do ;)!

    Using v5.6.1 I had a few compile errors and it may be on my end. (Think: "Why is One4k4 not using >5.6.1 yet?") But like the comment above, other than the leet speak (which reminded me of Everquest for some reason) I'll ++ the node if I can get it working after a 5.8 install.

    update
    After removing "use strict;" from my test file (shudder) I was able to get the following output:
    Unquoted string "a" may clash with future reserved word at test.pl lin +e 6. Unquoted string "z" may clash with future reserved word at test.pl lin +e 6. ||||||| [|0 0|] \ - / \=/ ~ Subroutine p redefined at test.pl line 6. y 4 p #

    Keep up the good work, although I don't know why you'd need Unquoted string.. stuff in your .sig. ;)

    One4k4 - perlmonks@poorheart.com (www.poorheart.com)
      I'm running perl v5.8.0 on a redhat box and get the same errors as one4k4.

      Unquoted string "a" may clash with future reserved word at ./sig.pl li +ne 6. Unquoted string "z" may clash with future reserved word at ./sig.pl li +ne 6. ||||||| [|0 0|] \ - / \=/ ~ Subroutine main::p redefined at ./sig.pl line 6. y 4 p #

      HTH
      Daeve
      hehe, pretty cool , a sig that generates 3 warnings, lol..
      maybe i should try running them with -wT *and* use strict turned on in the future when i'm cocky enough to leave out the shebang ;)
      howell, back to the drawingboard it is, .. felt it was a bit bloated anyways

      the first 2 errors i cant explain yet but the last is the redifinement of
       *p=sub{print@_};
      to
      *p=sub{map{print" ".(lc ($_))}@_};
      on the fourth line
      which didn't really felt right at the time but it was late :)
      ahum, nor was i running -w
      thnx!

    Other than the 1337 5p33k, pretty good.

    Don't forget to change your pants.
