if you can manage to get it working on XP there's Net::Pcap which you could use to dump whatever info you want from the packets going in/out your machine (and other machines if your LAN isn't switched and you put your interface in promiscuous mode).

check out Ethereal for a GUI packet sniffer that works on WinFOO. they have links to WinPcap libraries but i don't know if they'll work with Net::Pcap.

    Win32::NetPacket is an interface to winpcap -- cpan-testers have been reporting failures though.
