I don't know if it's been proposed before, but I got mixed feelings about the idea. Will CPAN become SourceForge and start providing everything a perl developer needs? On the other hand, I do like rt.cpan.org, hmmmmmm

Although yours is the first response, I've seen a few downvotes go by .. I guess I should alter my aim a little and say that this shouldn't necessarily be part of CPAN.
